Our Pass holder visits couldn’t be easier to organise: 

1. Use your unique pass code to discount your tickets at checkout when booking visits online – this is the reference number or bar code number underneath the QR code on your order confirmation for passes purchased after 25th March 2026.

3. Bring your visit booking confirmation, photo ID and your original Annual Pass order confirmation email every time you visit!
